The driver of a van, suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, was involved in a hit-and-run on Tuesday, January 25^th in Everett. The 26-year-old driver backed into a building at Cruise America RV located in the 12200 block of Highway 99 at 4:18pm. During the crash, 3 people were injured. A 6-year-old boy sustained facial injuries and was transported to Harborview Medical Center along with his 45-year-old mother suffering from a serious arm injury. Also, an employee at Cruise America RV sustained minor injuries that were treated at a local hospital.

This weekend in Everett, 45-year-old, Roberto Beltran, was killed in a hit-and-run accident, and the culprit has yet to be found. Beltran was crossing a south Everett street when he was hit by a Ford Ranger which fled the scene. Beltran was then struck by two other vehicles while he lay on the ground. Police are on the lookout for a stolen dark-blue 2005 Ford Ranger, Washington license B35457F that they believe to have hit the Everett man. The suspect is also believed to have been involved in a hit-and-run earlier that day outside of a tavern in Lynnwood.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of this man that was tragically killed in the hit-and-run.
