Head-on Collision Injures Four on SR-9 in Arlington | Washington Auto Accident Lawyers
As drivers, it is our responsibility to keep our roadways safe. As a Washington car accident attorney and Bellevue personal injury lawyer, I know how much destruction is caused by auto accidents each year. Thousands of people suffer a great deal of damage and personal injury as a result of these traffic accidents.
On Tuesday, four people were injured in a head-on collision on State Route 9. The accident happened near Arlington.
Around 4:30 p.m., two vehicles collided between 204th Street and Eaglefield Drive. The cause of the collision has not yet been determined.
Four people were injured, including two men and two women. They were rushed to Cascade Valley Hospital with injuries. No information has been released on the current condition of the victims.
According to King 5 News, one of the cars almost went over an embankment. Both vehicles were significantly damaged in the crash.
A portion of State Route 9 was shut down for further investigation.
Distraction is one of the main causes of auto accidents. Drivers who talk on a cell phone, text, smoke, or eat while driving significantly increase their chances of getting into a car accident. I urge all drivers to set these distractions aside and focus only on the road while driving.
