Five Hospitalized After Monday Crash| Yakima Personal Injury Lawyer
Many Washington car accidents and Seattle motorcycle collisions are caused by inattentive drivers. On Monday morning, an eastern Washington car crash sent five people to the hospital. The incident took place around 7:30 a.m. in White Swan.
Rashenda Lewis, 21, was traveling westbound on White Swan Road when she drove through a stop sign and attempted to make a left turn. Unfortunately, her 2000 Dodge Durango collided with a 2008 Toyota 4Runner driven by Jenny Blodgett.
Both vehicles were completely destroyed in the collision.
Of the five injured, two were in critical condition. A 2-year-old passenger was airlifted to Portland hospital. And, a 16-year-old girl was taken to Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center with a broken back.
Lewis was also taken to Yakima Regional.
We wish the victims a full recovery. Many car accident injuries continue to affect victims further in life. For this reason, we recommend that all car accident victims seek out the proper medical attention in order to avoid further problems.
