Darryl Parker is an experienced civil rights and Seattle employment lawyer who has been practicing for close to 30 years.

Born and raised in New York City, Darryl received his B.A. in political science from Fordham University in New York in 1976. He then continued on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law where he graduated in May of 1980.

Darryl was admitted to the California Bar in December of 1980 and worked from 1981 to 1984 as co-counsel on numerous cases with the legendary Howard Moore Jr., known throughout the country as the leading scholar on issues of individual liberty and civil rights.

Darryl has focused his practice on employment-related matters and civil rights violations since 1982. And 90% of his practice is now devoted to either employment discrimination or police misconduct and municipal liability.

Darryl has been serving the greater San Francisco Bay area since he started his private practice in 1984 and in 2000 he expanded his practice to Washington State, when he started Premier Law Group.  He now resides in Washington with his family, but continues to serve both Washington and California.

Darryl has handled numerous appeals since 1983, including several that resulted in published opinions including:

Darryl has vast trial experience, having litigated cases in the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and in the District of Oregon, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as in California municipal and superior courts in Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, San Joaquin, Santa Clara and Solano counties.
